Role Involvement
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Incident and Problem Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and responding to incidents, ensuring thorough investigations are carried out, and contributing to ongoing problem resolution efforts. Respond promptly to incidents, ensuring efficient investigation and resolution processes. Participate in the “on-call” rotation, with one week per month dedicated to handling out-of-office incidents.
Core working hours are 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM (with flexible working options).
Key Duties
* Leading on major incidents and actioning improvement measures
* Producing regular analysis and key metric reporting on incidents and problems
* Maintaining accurate incident records and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards
* Co-ordinating and driving conference calls with fellow Novuna IT colleagues and external suppliers

You have excellent communication skills that allow you to connect and lead conversations with ease. Your creative approach to problem-solving and your thirst for knowledge make you a valuable asset to the team. You're not just a problem-solver, but also a relationship-builder who thrives in collaborative environments, inspiring trust and driving impactful results.
Also, we're looking for the following:
* Experience of incident and problem management
* Ability to analyse statistics and data
* Excellent presentational skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, ServiceNow
* ITIL Certification
* Understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)
