What the Job Involves This role involves working as part of the Social Work Development Hub, under the guidance of the PMG1 Group Service Manager. You will engage in quality assurance initiatives, track the impact of new policies, and conduct audits to identify and address quality gaps. Your tasks include implementing development initiatives, supporting staff to understand and follow policies, and collaborating with team managers for inspections and learning development. Based on Ofsted Guidelines, you will focus on refining basic social work practices, ensuring consistent application of thresholds, and improving the child-centered system within Knowsley.
