Your new role
Enhance customer retention, create, execute, evaluate, and optimise sales and inspirational emails across relevant brands, aligning with content marketing plans and contribution KPIs implementing (but not exclusively) the following:
Email Marketing Schedule
1. Plan, create, and deploy email campaigns across relevant brands.
2. Follow an agreed-upon framework for frequency and format.
E-mail Templates:
3. Develop and refine a suite of efficient e-mail templates.
Alignment:
4. Ensure messaging within emails aligns with the content calendar used across allmunication channels.
Optimisation:
5. Periodically assess email targeting to maximise sales opportunities, manage costs, and minimise deliverability issues.
6. Monitor sender reputation scores.Innovation:
7. Trackpetitor activity to identify additional opportunities for all brands under the group.
Testing Framework:
8. Implement a testing framework across the e-mail schedule for each brand to explore alternative solutions for improved performance.
KPI Reporting:
9. Develop a KPI report for the entire email program, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
10. Work positively and effectively across the wider marketing team and other business functions.
Consistency:
11. Ensure all activity adheres to brand guidelines and integrates with other digital and offline efforts.
