No formal qualifications are required, but experience working with children is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Support individual students or small groups to enhance learning and understanding. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assist with classroom management and ensure student safety. Prepare educational materials and resources as needed. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. Qualifications: Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in supporting student learning. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A flexible and proactive approach to tasks.
