Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in a Care Experienced Team in Sefton. The role involves managing, developing, and leading a Personal Advisors Team service to deliver high-quality services that address the needs of children/young people and their families, leading to improved outcomes. The position requires achieving value for money in service delivery and ensuring the Council meets its statutory obligations. Responsibilities include key decision-making in relation to resource allocation, service delivery, and all day-to-day operational matters.
