Key Responsibilities:
" Handle customer calls and emails, logging jobs in our CMMS system.
" Coordinate repair and service processes for medical equipment with suppliers and users.
" Arrange logistics and documentation for off-site interventions.
" Collaborate with Bio-medical Engineers to request, acquire, and validate quotations for contracts.
" Create and manage purchase orders and delivery notes for parts, goods, and services.
" Administer external contracts and ensure timely service of all equipment.
" Maintain and purge site data, identifying and resolving issues.
" Complete administrative tasks to close repairs and PMs as per Standard Operating Procedures.
" Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding contract KPIs.
" Maintain service documentation and ensure data integrity.
" Liaise with OEM service staff and management.
" Attend customer meetings and participate in the growth of the business.
" Travel to other sites for training as needed.

Skills and Experience:
Essential:
" Excellent customer relationship, organisational, and communication skills.
" Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, and Excel.
" Ability to manage substantial workloads and prioritise tasks.
" Superior integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Desirable:
" Good analytic skills.
Requirements:
" English language proficiency.
" Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
" Enhanced Disclosure under the Disclosure Barring Service procedures (DBS check).
