As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with our national enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage an allocated key account portfolio across the UK, ensuring comprehensive coverage and exceptional service for each client.
* Identify and capitalise on opportunities within your customer account portfolio, driving growth and expanding our market reach.
* Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions to customers.
* Engage key internal stakeholders to drive growth across your key account portfolio, leveraging cross-functional support to achieve strategic goals.
* Achieve monthly revenue targets, accurately forecasting through proactive sales strategies, customer engagement and effective pipeline management.
* Maintain detailed activity reports through our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information on your accounts and presenting into our senior leadership team.
* Work with internal colleagues and stakeholders to meet customer requirements and resolve issues promptly.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experienced in a field-based, strategic role management of growth within a Key Account portfolio.
* Advantageous to have experience within contract renewals / service industry.
* Proven track record in solution selling, negotiating, and closing deals.
