POSITION SUMMARY
The Restaurant Manager is integral to the success of our restaurant, responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, comprehensive operational knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The Restaurant Manager will manage and motivate the entire team, oversee daily operations, drive performance goals, and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
* Lead, develop, and inspire the restaurant team, providing consistent training, support, and performance feedback.
* Maintain and enhance high standards of service, quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
* Foster clear and effective communication between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams.
* Actively engage with guests to build relationships, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat visits.
* Efficiently handle guest concerns and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer service.
* Oversee financial operations, including managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximising profitability.
* Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and development, ensuring appropriate coverage and talent management.
* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and achieve business goals.
