As a Children and Families Practitioner at Cumberland Council, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful support to children, families, and carers. Your primary goal will be to improve outcomes for children and young people in Cumbria by championing their voice and providing tailored plans that meet their needs. In this position, you will manage complex and high-risk cases, build meaningful relationships, and apply evidence-based practice to ensure effective interventions tailored to individual needs.
