Key Responsibilities Turning strategy into delivery. Working extensively across boundaries to disambiguate challenges, enable prioritization and trade-off decisions. You’ll collaborate to define clear objectives and key results, plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners. Aggregating long-term views of delivery, with the expectation to iterate and adapt as market changes and ecosystem opportunities evolve. Required Skills and Experience: Experience in delivering complex engineering programs, drawing on this experience to adapt to meet unique needs. SW engineering, or equivalent technical/industry experience that can be applied to work effectively with Engineering teams. Experience in program or project management, leading multi-year developments. Proven ability to deliver across boundaries via matrix leadership. Highly organized. Comfortable in proactively tackling ambiguity and presenting a path through a changing landscape with shifting priorities. Outstanding communications skills, and ability to communicate with audiences at all levels of the organization, equally comfortable discussing trade-offs with engineers as engaging with executives on the bigger picture.
