We are searching for an Inside Sales Specialist to support our continued growth in the UK, working with our team at offices near Newbury / Basingstoke. Our company, Papyrus Software, is a market-leading international software house with sales, development and support offices in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
We market a versatile product, offering implementation of the Papyrus platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in inside sales or a related field. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
The role involves working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for managing sales leads, conducting product demonstrations and negotiating sales agreements.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of sales principles and practices is essential, as well as experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
