Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join their commercial team. This is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact role that blends consultative sales, account management, and partner development—with real variety and autonomy.
You’ll work with a portfolio of innovative tech partners, identifying commercial opportunities and acting as a trusted conduit between them and the education providers the business serves.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile technology partners
* Build relationships with education providers to identify and respond to their technology needs
* Qualify and pass commercial opportunities to partner sales teams, earning performance-based bonuses
* Present solutions confidently—both virtually and face-to-face
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to align partnership activity with organisational strategy
* Use your product understanding to assess relevance, match needs, and influence decision-making
* Maintain accurate records of partner activity using CRM systems
* Represent the company at events, demos, and sector briefings
* Stay ahead of digital learning trends, product launches, and market movements

About You
Essential:
* Experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management
* Confidence managing relationships across both commercial and education audiences
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to absorb and understand technical product information
* Motivated, independent, and commercially aware
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Based within commuting distance of Leeds
Desirable:
* Experience in the EdTech or Further Education sector
* Familiarity with procurement or digital transformation in education
* Understanding of the challenges facing colleges, training providers, or adult learning organisations
