We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the HR team at our Bromborough site. This is a multi-site role and the candidate will be supporting the HR Manager with four sites in the region. The role is part time working 25-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
The job of HR Advisor is important to business success. People are our most important asset and youll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop close working relationships with the Business management team to ensure that HR activity is managed
Provide advice and support to managers on all HR issues.
Ensure a proactive approach to HR requirements.
