We are seeking a curious Digital Advertising Analyst to review and analyze client performance on their ad campaigns. Performance managers play an important role in providing clear return on client investment in Recovery.com, as well as building trust and developing relationships with advertisers on the Recovery.com websites.
In this role, you will be partnered with an Account Executive to manage your own portfolio of international clients (excluding clients in the United States of America, Canada, and India) and be responsible for understanding the various levers we utilize to drive admissions for our advertising partners. This role also includes supporting the International Performance Team by taking ownership of aspects of the onboarding process, attribution setup projects, advertising performance reviews, advertiser profile updates, as well as ad hoc projects.

This position is 100% remote but requires you to be located in the United Kingdom.

We’ll expect you to do things like these
* Ad Campaign Performance Management - 75%
o Onboard new advertisers onto our platform which includes:
+ Leading and managing the onboarding process, including implementing and testing attribution set up.
+ Conducting in-depth client value discovery.
+ Understanding our clients' differentiators and strengths and ensuring that these are reflected in their profile and communicated to the ad ops team.
+ Project managing the onboarding and measurably minimizing time to launch new accounts.
o Schedule and lead performance review meetings with clients, looping in internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed.
+ Develop a deep understanding of each advertiser’s unique needs, differentiators, and KPIs including cost per admit, call volume and their ideal client profile.
+ Review advertiser KPIs and research any anomalies leveraging reporting platforms including Google Analytics, Tableau, CRM data, and call tracking metrics.
o Identify and present budget expansion opportunities to the account executive and work as a team to develop strategies on expanding advertiser budgets.
o Monitor data leveraging Tableau and other data tools to analyze website traffic to identify inefficiencies in an advertiser’s media mix, as well as opportunities for ad placement & profile optimizations.
o Maintain and adjust advertiser profiles to optimize exposure across the site.
o Collaborate with our revenue operations, product and research teams to advocate for your advertising clients and provide suggestions for process improvements.
o Invest in your own learning and development in the domain of digital ad performance.
* International Team Support: 25%
o Manage various aspects of the onboarding process for all international advertisers such as the preparation of client-facing documents/slide deck, profile setup, attribution projects.
o Head new and ongoing attribution projects including coordination with Agency Partners and Clients up to the successful implementation, as well as ongoing monitoring.
o Assist with Performance Meeting preparation and follow up including the compilation of reports, data analysis, campaign optimization suggestions, slide deck creation, and logging meeting details in CRM.
o Ensure that treatment inquiries through Recovery.com are well received by troubleshooting as issues are raised.
o Update advertiser profiles to optimize ad campaign performance and proactively provide recommendations for further changes based on data.
o Liaise with internal Teams on ongoing projects requiring feedback, such as bug reports.
o Assist with ad-hoc projects such as profile audits and client requests.
Required Qualifications
* 2-5 years experience in a similar role
* Ability to speak English
* A high degree of proficiency in generating reports and interpreting data
* Experience utilizing spreadsheets and pivot tables to combine & analyze data from various sources
* Experience as a customer-facing representative comfortable engaging with executive level customers
* Having a natural curiosity that drives you to seek out a deeper understanding of questions that you encounter
What we think will improve your chances of success
* Previous experience working in an agency managing advertiser accounts.
* Experience in building reports in Google Analytics or similar platforms.
* Experience in digital advertising.
* Experience in the behavioral health space.
* Experience in an analytical, data-driven role.
* Experience or ability to learn and competently multitask on several platforms including Copper (CRM) system, Tableau, Excel, Asana and others.
* Demonstrated time management skills.
* Experience working with other Teams or Departments to define, monitor, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the revenue team.
* Experience maintaining and updating customer data in SalesForce, HubSpot, Copper or a similar CRM platform.
* Completed Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is 35,000-50,000 GBP with on-target earnings of 4,500 GBP (uncapped), plus eligible benefits. Compensation may be adjusted based on tenure and experience.
Total Comp: 39,500 GBP - 54,500 GBP
Equity Options
In addition to your cash compensation, you will receive options to buy stock in Recovery.com at a set strike price. These options will vest on a four-year schedule and present an exciting opportunity to benefit from the upside of our company’s growth.
Quarterly Bonus
An additional 10% of base earnings is paid out quarterly when the company meets its revenue target.
