About the Role As a Fund Governance Manager, you will: Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to colleagues to ensure team-wide success. Monitor the quality and quantity of work within the team, ensuring high standards are met. Lead on complex projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Stay up to date with policy, legislation, and emerging developments in fund governance. Use your strong negotiation and influencing skills to engage with key stakeholders. About You To be successful in this role, you will need: A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/skills. Relevant professional qualifications/licences. Substantial experience as an expert in a large, complex organisation. Extensive knowledge of local government operations and external sector influences. Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft applications and specialist systems. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
