We are proudly partnering with a leading UK biogas company to recruit a Team Leader for their new anaerobic digestion plant in Lincolnshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative renewable energy project with a focus on carbon capture and sustainability.
Working alongside a team of Operators, the Team Leader will support the Plant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance optimisation.
The plant generates gas for grid injection and features a carbon capture element.
What Youll Be Doing:
The Plant Team Leader will support the day-to-day operations of the anaerobic digestion plant
Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting of plant efficiency and performance trends
Covering for the Plant Manager when required
Monitoring the plants operations using SCADA control systems
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and pipework
Feeding fuel into the process using mobile plant, such as a telehandler (once trained)
Responding to machine and system failures
General site housekeeping and ensuring a safe working environment
Adhering to health & safety regulations and environmental permits
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience in anaerobic digestion or a similar processing environment (water treatment, waste operations, etc.)
Previous supervisory or managerial experience in an operational setting
Experience operating mobile plant such as a telehandler or loading shovel
Hands-on maintenance experience working with pumps and conveyors
Knowledge of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) or DCS (Distributed Control Systems)
Full UK driving licence

WAMITAB certification
