Hours: 15 hours per week (8am 4pm, to include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, over two days per week - preferably Wednesday and Friday, but flexibility exists)
An opportunity has arisen to join our busy Administration team as a Student Receptionist working with the Main Reception, Administration and House Base Teams.
The purpose of the Student Receptionist/Admin Assistant is:
* To be the first point of contact for student enquiries
* To Triage students with a wide variety of enquiries including First Aid
* To liaise with the Main Office to ensure student enquiries/issues are dealt with promptly
* To support the administrative requirements of Reception Team and the House Team Base
You will be joining St Laurence School and a dynamic Admin Team where good communication, office administration experience and ICT skills (Excel and Word) are essential. A First Aid qualification or a willingness to gain one is required.
