Do you want to play a key role in delivering our marketing, communications, and engagement strategy?
In this newly created role, you will support a wide range of activities across internal and external customers, stakeholders, and the broader public.
Your key responsibilities will include
* Supporting the Communications and Marketing Lead to deliver the organisation's marketing, communications, and engagement strategy.
* Creating engaging content for internal and external communications, including intranet, email campaigns, website, social and digital channels, print, and blog.
* Collaborating with key stakeholders to increase engagement and develop content for communication programs.
* Supporting communication projects and change initiatives.
* Building and maintaining a content calendar for multiple content streams and events.
* Planning, promoting, and delivering events such as the quarterly Managers Conference, Annual Awards Event, and other engagement activities.
* Maintaining brand consistency across all communications, following brand guidelines, and embodying Bright Futures' values.
* Creating and managing content across various media platforms to support communication goals.
* Performing other marketing or communications duties to support the team and organisational goals.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/communications role.
* Experience managing social media and creating content for different platforms.
* Proficiency with digital tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
* Proactive in seeking information and opportunities across teams.
* Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress and CRM systems is preferred but not essential.

Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience.
