We are looking for Level 3 practitoners to join both our South Croydon and Central Croydon nursery.
Kinderland South Croydon has been open since 1995 and we are now growing and opening a sister nursery in Central Croydon in January 2025. We are seeking fun, kind, and caring Level 3 Practitioners with a genuine passion for Early Years. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:
· Doing the invaluable job of using the EYFS to help children grow into the best little people they can be!
· Developing and maintaining professional relationships with parents and carers.· Using open dialogue and giving regular feedback so that we can support families with little ones in our care ensuring well-being for all.
· Looking after every aspect of a child’s personal care needs each day. Keeping them happy, safe, stimulated and making sure they have fun learning with us!

· Promoting a healthy lifestyle for all children encouraging and supporting them at meal and snack times whilst also ensuring they have lots of time for active play!

Safeguarding
We have named persons within the nursery who take lead responsibility for safeguarding and
Coordinate child protection and welfare issues, known as the Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL), there is always at least one designated person on duty during the opening hours of the setting.
All applicants should be aware that a huge part of the role is ensuring children are continuously safeguarded from any harm. Any job offers will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, thorough referencing, an induction programme, and 3 months’ probation period. All successful candidates will be given lots of training upon starting their role.
