Job Description
1. Handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
2. Resolving customer complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
3. Liaising with institutional lenders, borrowers, and legal firms in relation to Remortgage applications.
4. Supporting customers throughout the Remortgage process.
