We are currently looking for a responsible, self – disciplined and confident individual to join our team as a Technical Support Administrator to assist with the mobilisation of contracts and other tasks that are part of the team’s responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Checking and approving Supplier & Contractor Invoices
*
Setting up new clients on our systems
*
Reporting on GP of each job
*
Keeping a close eye on the KPIs for each Contract
*
Other office administrative office duties
*
New employee IT set up and ordering
*
Coordinating communication of new roles with Recruitment
*
Liaising with Talent Acquisition team and assisting with onboarding of new subcontractors
*
Reviewing contracts
*
Assisting estimating department as required
