Are you ready to take your IT career to the next level? Join our dynamic Group Functions IT team as an Access Management Administrator in Hove!
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing access for our supported applications, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences.
What you'll be doing:
* Responding to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment, maintaining records, informing users about the process, and advising relevant persons of actions taken
* Assisting with specified maintenance procedures and in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications
* Following agreed procedures to identify, register, and categorise incidents, gathering information to enable incident resolution, and allocating incidents as appropriate
* Maintaining integrity of records to support and satisfy audit trails
* Applying and maintaining specific security controls as required by organisational policy and local risk assessments, communicating security risks and issues to business managers and others, and performing basic risk assessments for small information systems
* Undertaking basic risk management activities
* Applying change control procedures for standard, low-risk changes
* Engaging with delivery teams to confirm that products developed meet the service acceptance criteria and are to the required standard
Qualifications

* Basic experience in IT service management to enhance our processes
* Understanding a wide range of applications and how their components work together seamlessly
