Were looking for a Junior Project Manager, with at least 12 months experience studying or working within a project management team. Your new role As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the Head of PMO with the delivery of projects. Youll work closely with framework managers, business development, procurement and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Youll assist with project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to make sure everything runs smoothly. Monitoring activities and timelines will be key, and you'll play an important role in keeping projects on track while ensuring quality is maintained. Your role will also involve communicating regularly with stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and making sure everyone stays aligned with the project objectives. With the support of senior team members, you'll learn to identify risks and develop strategies to manage them. What youll bring We are looking for someone with a keen interest in project management, ideally with some exposure to procurement, the built environment or the public sector. You should have a basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach will be key to your success in this role.
