We are looking for an 8B Learning Disabilities and Neurodivergence Lead to join us at HCRG Care Group As the Learning Disability and Neurodivergence Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of LDAN services across BaNES, Swindon, and Wiltshire. Your role will include ensuring the safe and effective delivery of ADHD and Autism diagnostic services, as well as community-based interventions. You will work closely with regional 8A Leads to ensure service consistency, oversee the management of multi-disciplinary teams, and lead efforts to close service gaps while promoting continuous service improvement. This is a permanent position for 37.5 hours a week. You will be based at one of our BSW locations but travel across our BSW locality will be required to provide strong leadership across our services. As a result, a driving license and access to a car will be required for this role. Collaborate with regional 8A leads to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient service delivery. Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, SALT, RMNs, OTs, physiotherapists, HCAs, and administrative staff. Mitigate service gaps swiftly and efficiently, ensuring services meet the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and neurodivergent conditions. Support the recruitment, training, and development of a skilled and motivated workforce. Maintain the highest standards of clinical governance, risk management, and safeguarding compliance. Work closely with commissioners, stakeholders, and partner organisations to enhance service delivery and meet local needs. The ideal candidate will have: Health professional qualification and registered with the appropriate professional body eg NMC/HCPC Extensive experience in managing and leading learning disability and neurodivergence services. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. In-depth knowledge of ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent conditions, as well as relevant community-based care models. A proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in a healthcare or social care setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. A commitment to service improvement, innovation, and the highest standards of care. A driving license and access to a car for work purposes will be required for this role.
