As we continue our upward trajectory, we’re looking for a creative, ambitious, and versatile Content Manager to join our close-knit team and help us shape the future of D. Louise. This role is all about bringing the founder’s story to life and showcasing the journey of a fast-growing jewellery brand through her lens. As the driving force behind creating founder-led content, you’ll be working closely with the founder to build her personal brand, capturing authentic, behind-the-scenes moments and translating them into engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Your work will be at the heart of the brand’s storytelling, connecting audiences to both the founder and the business in a relatable, inspiring, and impactful way. Please note - interviews will be taking place from the 14th January What You’ll Be Doing Content Creation Always be ready to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes moments of the business and founder’s journey. Work closely with the founder to develop and showcase their personal brand, capturing their vision, and day-to-day life in an engaging and relatable way. Ideate and create engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Constantly look for creative, proactive, and viral-worthy ideas to showcase the brand, founder, and the stories behind the business. Turn everyday moments into compelling stories that resonate with our audience. Produce high-quality reels, vlogs, and posts that align with our brand and founder’s voice and mission. Shadow the founder to document authentic, day-in-the-life content that offers insight into the brand’s journey. Repurpose content effectively to maximise reach, tailoring it for different platforms and audiences. Content Strategy Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business goals, including content for the founder’s personal brand. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure content supports their objectives. Work closely with the founder to build and amplify their personal brand, ensuring it aligns with and enhances the business’s overall narrative. Lead brainstorming and execution of creative campaigns that amplify the brand’s impact. Strategically repurpose content for use across newsletters, social media, website, and internal communications. Monitor and analyse content performance, refining strategies to stay ahead of trends and audience preferences.
