The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with directors and highway specialists across various UK offices to deliver a diverse range of highway sector projects, including major UK trunk road improvements, new bypass and link road schemes, access roads to developments, and realignments associated with bridge replacements. You will be a Chartered Engineer with significant experience in highways technical design delivery.
In addition to strong technical skills, including a thorough understanding of the UK's DMRB and MCHW, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will be client-facing with strong team leadership skills and must be committed to developing the technical skills of junior staff within the group.

Day-to-day management, direction and training of staff whilst undertaking project work.
