Job title: Graphics and Web Designer
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
Location: Hybrid, with office base in Walsall
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, creative and professional Graphics and Web Designer to join our Group and play a
key role in our growth journey, working across 11 brands.
With branding a strategic priority for our Group CEO, you’ll support our internal and external communications teams in creating
both digital and print visuals. You’ll also have the opportunity to make your mark on our various brand identities and future
initiatives.

The role
Manage the brand identity of various Group businesses: influencing, implementing and monitoring design styles across the Group.
Production of high-quality print and digital materials: reflecting the Group’s branding but also influencing change to make your
mark on new styles.
Photography/videography: capturing and editing new content to be used internally and externally.
Website content creation and management: designing stand out content, completing basic maintenance and reporting back on the site
performance.
Project management: taking a request through to design, feedback and final sign off whilst retaining stakeholder engagement
throughout.
Ensure compliance with design work: following brand guidelines and industry standards.
Design expert: building effective stakeholder relationships, offering recommendations and supporting others in the Group as a
trusted expert in design.
What you’ll need:
Essential
* 3 years of experience in a Graphic Design role
* Highly proficient at designing digital, print, photo and video assets using the core Adobe Creative Suite applications
* Familiar with a range of design disciplines, including print design and social media
* Website CMS experience, preferably within WordPress and Umbraco
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Suitable qualification in graphic design (additional website design qualifications preferred)
Desired
* Experience in creating static and moving illustrations/animations
* Experience in capturing high quality photos and videos both indoors and outdoors
* Experience working with service related B2B brands
* Comfortable working across different brands
* An understanding of SEO considerations
