You will deliver exceptional teaching to students on a variety of Further Education Equine Management courses. These could be a mixture of academic and practical units, potentially also including equitation sessions.
You will inspire students to appreciate all aspects of equine management and instill in them a passion for the work of caring for horses and a desire to develop their understanding. You will be willing to complete a teaching qualification, if not already qualified.
You will desirably have a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area, this may not be essential.
Ideally, you will hold a minimum qualification of BHS Stage 3 Coach or equivalent.
You will demonstrate the ability to be a highly motivated lecturer and instructor, with experience of providing tutorial support to students being advantageous.
Desirably, you will be a holder of the A1 Assessors Award (or equivalent) and V1 Internal Verifiers Award (or equivalent).

Salary: Hourly rates will be in line with relevant BHS qualifications and relevant experience.
