This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, close-knit team that plays a pivotal role within fundraising and relationship building. You will be the first point of contact for supporters engaging via phone, email, and through various fundraising platforms.
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
1. Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact over the phone, by email, or in person, by handling queries promptly and effectively.
2. Process fundraising income daily as agreed with the Fundraising Manager.
3. Maintain accurate and timely records through our database.
4. Tailor thank you letters to donors once donations have been received.
5. Provide support for the wider fundraising team particularly around events, processing, and acknowledging sponsorship money.
