We are in search of an Executive Chef with a strong background in Mediterranean, Spanish & Pan Asian cuisine, someone that can cook with finesse to the highest standards catering for guests, VIPs, billionaires, and celebrities in this beautiful resort 5-star luxury resort on the picturesque and tropical coast of Costa Rica.

Compensation: around $6,000 gross per month
Benefits: Full relocation package with accommodation subsidy (Housing, flight tickets & visa package), medical, annual leave & discretionary bonus on top.
The Executive chef MUST have 5-star hotel experience AND be fluent in Spanish.This a role that requires multi- site experience, overseeing 5 restaurant and supporting the Culinary Director; therefore operational skills are very important.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and design outstanding dishes of the highest quality.
* Manage and inspire the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, with opportunities to introduce new ones.
* Costing, Health & Safety, SOPs and operational input across 5 sites.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Experience in Mediterranean - Spanish, and Asian cuisine
* Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior chefs.
* Management and operational skills with multi-site experience
* Great personality and leadership
