Support to the discipline manager and group leads on the following tasks: Creation and regular update of a data base with people type of competence competency levels Prepare mid term vision of necessary competences with group leads Create a discipline organisation chart and update it as needed Follow up on expert population, including steps of the expert process Staffing/people file - Regular updates Support with new comers onboarding Support to group leads with recruitment Support to group leads for renewal of services in the different teams
