Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Supervisor to join a specialist educational provision in Bournemouth. This is a part-time, term-time only role that plays a vital part in supporting pupils with special educational needs. The school caters to students with complex needs, primarily social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, and autism spectrum conditions. With a low staff-to-pupil ratio and a nurturing, therapeutic ethos, the school provides a calm and structured environment where pupils feel safe and supported. Your Role in the Classroom
As a Learning Supervisor, you will work closely with pupils who require consistent, tailored support. Your day will involve helping to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, supporting the delivery of structured activities, and guiding students both academically and emotionally. Patience, resilience, and an encouraging presence are essential. You’ll also be working alongside a highly collaborative team who are deeply committed to each student’s growth.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
