Preparing and processing documents, such as updating the in-house purchasing system, creating and processing invoices, and marking up purchase invoices for payment. Managing stock, including data entry, asset labelling, and collaborating with the IT Manager for support. Documenting processes as needed. Professionally answering and managing telephone inquiries. Welcoming and greeting visitors, ensuring they follow the correct sign-in procedures. Handling the sending and receiving of parcels and mail. Conducting online purchasing, which includes ordering kitchen supplies and office stationery, as well as coordinating onsite catering. Experience and Skills Requirements Previous experience in admin or office based role ideal but not essential.
