Account Director (SaaS)
Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £70k base + uncapped commission
This is a high-impact Account Director role focused on driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across an established base of 50 accounts. You’ll be working in a company that’s growing fast, selling a proven platform into a highly engaged client base.

The Role
As an Account Director, your focus will be on driving revenue growth. You’ll need to be comfortable working across multiple departments within your client base, and will need to manage typical sales cycles of 3 to 6 months, using renewals as strategic leverage to expand your footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all upsell and cross-sell activities across software and professional services
* Navigate multithreaded sales processes across various departments and stakeholders
* Deliver consistent revenue growth, meeting annual targets
* Develop account strategies to retain and grow relationships across the portfolio
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, pricing, and multi-year deal structures
* Maintain pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and regular customer engagement
What Does Success Look Like? You consistently hit (or exceed) your targets through strategic relationship-building, and proactive account management.
What You’ll Bring:
* 3+ years of sales experience (SaaS or On-Prem), with a stable track record
* Proven ability to sell across departments and navigate enterprise organisations
* Comfortable managing 3–6 month sales cycles and £20K+ deal sizes
* Experience in IT services or SaaS preferred
