Ensuring the team has the required tools and resources and is making use of them well. Selling Points Hot desk to be given to you when you join which has billed 200k, a desk with 4 large business clients with incoming work to account manage and resource. Requirements You will have considerable recruitment experience. You likely have at least 2 years of management experience within a recruitment company unless you have sales leadership experience in another environment before joining an agency You will have experience in temp and perm hiring. Support can be given for Principal Consultant level candidates wanting to take a step up, so long as you have had an introduction to leadership already.
