Are you a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in SaaS? Join us as a Business Development Manager at Tes, where you will drive the growth of our cutting-edge software solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding our SaaS revenue by targeting large secondary schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), engaging with C-level stakeholders to secure new business.
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £48,000 + £25,000 commission (uncapped)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Policy: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve ambitious SaaS sales targets through proactive outbound calling and a well-managed sales pipeline.
2. Deliver expert software product demonstrations and close deals using a value-based approach.
3. Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers to uncover and capitalize on new SaaS revenue opportunities.
4. Maintain meticulous CRM records and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
2. Strong communication and influencing skills, particularly with C-level stakeholders.
3. Ability to quickly grasp complex software solutions and market dynamics.
