Sales Manager
Full-time position - 40 Hours - Excellent Salary plus OTE
Our client is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Manager to take on this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service standards, delivering key KPI's, and increasing customer levels.
The role:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of your department ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved.
2. Effectively plan and execute the business strategy.
3. Be both a role model for the centre's team and make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike. Motivate and inspire others to 'raise the bar'.
4. Be results-driven with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets.
5. Have a proactive approach to growing the company's customer base.
This position will involve day, evening, and weekend work, including public holidays.

Salary: £26-28k basic, plus OTE - up to £12k (commission based).
