Job Description Senior Administrator (Fixed Term) Kirkbank, Dumfries £29,133 - £30,597 This post is for 36 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year in which you will be responsible for ensuring that administration processes are carried out to the highest standard. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our busy Employability, Skills and Partnership Team, Partnership Management Office (PMO). This is to support our work with the Local Employability and Skills Partnership (LEP). This role will oversee the day-to-day management of Programme Support Officers, including assisting with financial reporting and data analysis to support reporting requirements of LEP projects and commissions. Working with the Partnership Management Office (PMO) you will be part of a small team dedicated to working with and supporting the strategic direction of the Local Employability and Skills Partnership. We work with a diverse range of partners across the Third, Public and Private Sectors to enhance and develop local people’s employability journeys. This post is based in Kirkbank, Dumfries and the post-holder will be expected to be flexible and responsive to demand. You will be educated to SCQF Level 6 in a relevant subject and extended experience of working within an office environment is required. This post is funded until 31 March 2026. This post may be suitable for secondment. Agreement from your line manager must be sought before applying for this post.
