Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Email Marketing Executive for our client based in Bracknell.
Role: Email Marketing Executive
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the digital campaigns executed on email and SMS, working closely with other Digital channel owners and the Campaign team.
2. Work closely with the CRM team on segmentation set-up, ensuring the right customers are being targeted.
3. Monitor, track and report analytics on campaigns, including ROI, recommendations for future improvements and testing.
4. Proactively explore market activities and trends to influence or improve own campaigns.
5. Build email campaigns as part of BAU Campaigns, Automated Programmes, CRM Activity or discount triggers.
6. Accountable for the branding, content and delivery of all email marketing.
7. Assist with writing briefs for the Studio, including copywriting for campaigns.
8. Support on Local Marketing activity.
9. Accountable for defining and requesting what digital assets are required each month from the Content Team, based on post-campaign results, trends and upcoming campaigns.
10. Support and develop the testing programme to drive continual improvement of campaign ROI.
11. Build SMS campaigns as part of BAU Campaigns, Automated Programmes or CRM Activity.
12. Monitor SMS usage and credits to ensure maximum return on investment.
13. Utilise the Emarsys platform and work with other channel owners to execute omni-channel campaigns to improve the Customer Experience and aid conversion.
14. Actively participate in the scoping sessions for new or optimising existing customer lifecycle programmes.
15. Adopt an 'automate first' approach to the execution of programmes and campaigns to deliver communications at the right time and the right channel.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Proven experience in email marketing and CRM strategies.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
3. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
6. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
7. Experience in the FMCG industry.
8. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
9. Creative mindset with a knack for innovative campaign ideas.
