As a Net Zero Project Developer, you will be at the forefront of driving sustainability and green technology initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with real estate companies and commercial developers to provide comprehensive turnkey solutions for their sites, integrating advanced green technologies such as solar energy systems, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). This role demands a combination of technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to build strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Development and Management:
Lead the development and execution of net zero projects from inception to completion.
Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of implementing solar, EV, and BESS solutions.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of green technologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Partnership and Client Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate companies and commercial developers.
Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Provide technical support and expertise to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
3. Technical Expertise:
Stay updated on the latest advancements in green technologies, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct technical evaluations and provide recommendations for the most effective and efficient solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
4. Financial and Regulatory Compliance:
Secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Identify and apply for available grants, incentives, and financing options to support project funding.
Monitor project expenditures and manage financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Proven experience in developing and managing renewable energy or sustainability projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, and battery energy storage systems.
4. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
