TSG Building Services is a well established and fast expanding heating company working in occupied properties of local housing authorities.
We are currently looking to recruit Out of Hours Call Operatives to work on its Servicing and Breakdown contracts based in our busy Potters Bar call centre.
The successful applicant’s duties and responsibilities will include:
* Handling a large number of incoming call from client’s and tenants as quickly and efficiently as possible.
* Making outbound calls to confirm appointments.
* Managing the client inbox.
* Entering data onto our bespoke computer.
* Flagging up repeat visits to the admin team.
* Ensuring that any escalations/complaints are dealt with in a professional manner.
You will be expected to deal with stressful situations/difficult callers and understand the impact of attitude on handling calls professionally. We are looking for someone who is friendly, clear and polite with the ability to deal with sometimes difficult callers and who is:
* Have competent computer skills with strong organisational skills and planning abilities.
* Excellent Customer Service skills.
* Strong listening skills.
* Build effective working relationships.
* Uses initiative.
