As a Brand Ambassador, you'll interact with various customers, promoting customer service excellence and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. You'll identify customer needs and provide engaging styling options, driving sales and services goals.
You'll possess strong product knowledge, including Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store, and assist store management with stockroom and back area housekeeping.
To succeed, you'll need basic product knowledge, familiarity with POS systems, and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate embodies Moss's core values and behavioural competencies, reflecting our aesthetic through personal style and presentation.
