What They're Looking For:
1. Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher, with GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above).
2. Experience: A solid understanding of and experience with students with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD, along with a strong grasp of safeguarding and behaviour management.
