Join us as a Customer Assistant at our Ipswich Club, offering a 35-hour contract with full flexibility over 7 days, including evenings and weekends. Please note there are late-night shifts, including working until 4 am.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team
* Build rapport and relationships with customers
* Be flexible across all areas of the club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, bar area, kitchen, and general housekeeping, ensuring high standards of presentation and cleanliness
* Support with other duties as assigned by the line manager
* Create a safer gambling environment for all customers and colleagues across all channels: online, in-club, and live
The Winning Combination We're Looking For
* Experience in delivering first-class, personalized customer service in face-to-face roles, preferably in hospitality, retail, or leisure
* Outstanding communication skills adaptable to various situations
* Experience with cash handling and basic numeracy
* Confidence to challenge the status quo and ensure customer compliance with company policies and standards
