The Senior CRM Manager will focus on increasing the long-term value of our email subscribers to yield an overall high lifetime value from our subscriber marketing. They will work closely with the rest of the CRM team (both operational and technical) to optimise existing programs and test/launch new initiatives. The ultimate objective will be to get more value out of our existing subscribers and email database.
Requirements:
* 2 - 3 years' experience within a Senior CRM Manager role where they successfully ran B2C email campaigns where volume exceeded 5 billion emails a year.
* Experience with large email broadcast systems. Experience with MessageGears (ESP) beneficial but not mandatory.
* Strong background in SQL (Structured Query Language).
* Experience with a programming language (preferably Python & Free Marker).
* Preferably some understanding of REST APIs and how to utilise them.
* Ability to interpret data and make informed commercial/business decisions based off data.
* Good communication skills, influencing skills, and ability to manage a project or product.
