An opportunity has arisen at our Stoke office for a Solicitor or CILEX to join our Private Client / Wills and Probate Team supporting the wider Private Client / Wills and Probate team.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor or CILEX to join our Private Client / Wills and Probate team. The ideal applicant will be able to work in an organised and efficient manner and be experienced in a broad range of matters, to include, but not limited to:
1. Taking instructions and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
2. Dealing with the administration of Estates.
3. Using Trusts in the mitigation of residential home fees.
4. Handling Inheritance Tax as part of the Administration of Estates.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to advance their career in the legal field within a reputable firm.
What We Are Looking For:
* A degree in Law or a relevant field.
* Previous experience of drafting Wills and LPAs.
* Previous experience of estates.
* 2-4 years PQE ideally within Private Client.
* An understanding of asset preservation trusts and Wills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
