Trainer Assessor (Rail Rolling Stock)
Salary: £38,000 - £43,000, 33 days holiday, + Benefits
Location: Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire
An excellent opportunity for a Trainer or Assessor with rail experience from a hands-on engineering background to join a company based close to Milton Keynes.
Do you have TAQA, D32, D33, or similar assessor/trainer qualifications? Do you have a hands-on engineering background? Are you looking to train the next cohorts of apprentice students and pass on your technical knowledge to them?
On offer is a trainer assessor role for a well-established and thriving company. The client list includes all major train companies and operators (Passenger and Freight) for the UK & EU, and with a packed order book, they are looking for an additional Trainer Assessor to join the team.
This role operates Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Friday. Usually, 4 days a week are on-site with the 5th day utilized as an admin day. Full training material exists already, and you'll benefit by being able to further develop your own skills and qualifications while in post.
This role would suit a Trainer Assessor with rail experience and an engineering background looking for a permanent position with a well-established and thriving company where you can continue to develop your skills further on the job.
The Role:
* Trainer Assessor for Rail Rolling Stock, training the next cohorts of engineers.
* Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 15:00, Friday: finish at 12:00.

The Person:
* Trainer Assessor qualification/teaching background (ideally Assessing Level 3 NVQ).
* Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background.
* Located in a commutable location to Milton Keynes.
