Our clients deal with a variety of types of work but specialise in Retail and Hospitality type installations for some well known national brands. They are now seeking a High Calibre Project / Contract Manager to assist with the management of these jobs. Our clients are seeking a flooring contract manager who has the following attributes and skills: Experienced in all aspects of running contracts, from initial quantification & tendering through to project completion. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing installations of a variety of floor coverings, often to tight deadlines. An eye for Business development whilst managing client relationships. Strong and Confident Personality able to deal with Trades and Professions as well as liaise with internal and external teams as required to ensure a smooth delivery of Installations on time and to price. You will be managing sites in a variety of locations but need to live within commuting distance of our premises in Kidderminster.
