Silver Birch Dementia Day Centres are activity-led centres providing cognitive stimulation for people living with Dementia. The role of the centre co-ordinator is outlined below:
Duties:
1. Maintain daily records of attendances at centres.
2. Record cancellations.
3. Create and maintain clients on the CRM system, Salesforce. Updating general information, care plans, and attendance schedules, as well as producing reports.
4. Ensure accurate and timely recording of leads on Salesforce.
5. Respond to tenders through the ECC Day Opportunities commissioning process.
6. Maintain staff overtime.
7. Work with Senior Finance Officer to resolve invoice queries.
8. Purchase items that are required by the centres and raise purchase orders and bills in the accounting system, Xero.
9. Ensure centre Risk Assessments and Health and Safety Assessments are carried out, and any required actions are taken in a timely fashion.
10. Collate information required as part of applications for funding.
11. Work with the marketing administrator to create advertising material for the centres.
12. Undertake any other tasks that are required by the centre manager.
