Reed Marketing and Creative are working with a growing family-run retail brand in Birmingham who are now looking to build on their marketing and online team internally; and bring their PPC in-house!
This is an awesome opportunity for someone who has managed a team; who understands websites from merchandising to PPC and to UX/UI. It's a chance for someone to work with the Directors on strategy but also be a part of the day-to-day running of the website with one of the aims being footfall to stores as well as increasing online purchases:
Duties include:
* Manage in-house creative content and design for advertising and other marketing materials
* Work with the development agency on website development and improvement
* Manage the team
* Research and implement new trends and technologies to keep on top of the game
* Analyze data and performance
The successful candidate will have previous website/e-commerce management experience; having absolutely managed a team previously. You can juggle multiple projects and change the lingo you are using depending on who you are talking to. You will be able to understand the top-line strategy and filter that down.

There will be opportunities to grow and develop and play an integral part in how the website performs. Ideally, you come from retail, e-commerce, or FMCG, but this is not a prerequisite. Salary is up to £40k depending on experience and this is an office-based role.
